StoryCandles are handmade soy-wax candles, each one built around a character, a season, or an idea. They are made in small batches in Burgau, a fishing village on the western Algarve coast of Portugal.

There are four collections. Each collection holds four candles. The scents are layered to tell a story — and the Four Tales collection comes with its own book of bedtime stories, written to be read by candlelight.

A small book of stories for small people, to be read by the light of a candle, in the half-hour before sleep. Each tale matches a candle from the Four Tales collection.

Made in Burgau

StoryCandles are made by hand in a small village on the western Algarve coast. Each candle uses natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and scents blended to match the character it carries.

The collections were designed as gifts — for others or for yourself. Something small that holds a bigger story inside it. Something that smells like a place you've been, or a place you haven't found yet.
